VSP Terminal

VSP Terminal is recommended to merchants who wish to accept orders via the telephone, fax or mail order and who do not have their own call centre software. VSP Terminal is provided free of charge with each of the other solutions as a back up to website orders providing you have a Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) merchant number set up on your Protx account. If you do not have a MOTO merchant number or an ecommerce merchant number that is also enabled for MOTO, you will not be able to use the VSP Terminal.
