VSP Direct is recommended to merchants who wish to keep their customers on their own website for the entire transaction process and/or who wish to create their own customised reports. This system is suitable for merchants who wish to integrate a payment system into existing back office payment software such as a call centre.

To use VSP Direct you will need:

• A fixed IP Address or a fixed range of IP addresses
• A 128-bit digital certificate to secure the transaction details collected on your website
• Certification under the PCI audit. As credit card details are collected by you and not by Protx, you may be required to undergo an audit to ensure that credit card data is kept secure. Click here for more information
